Text on reverse of card reads:

“In Cambodia, in S.E. Asia. exist vast ruins of a vanished race of which little is known but that they were called the Khmers, came from India about the 5th century A.D., and introduced the Hindu religion. Angkor Thom was their capital; but their most impressive relic is Angkor Vat, 790 by 588 feet, with a central pagoda 250 feet high, the whole profusely covered with 1,025 yards of reliefs. Built as a Hindu temple in the 7th century A.D., on its completion it was given over to Buddhism. This reconstruction was exhibited in the French Colonial Exhibition, Marseilles,
1922.”
