The central image shows the Giza plateau, with the Great Sphinx in the centre. At the sphinx’s feet is a circular tin of Beecham’s pills. The address of Beecham’s Patent Pills is given as St Helens, Lancashire, England.

At the bottom of the advert a single statement “A World Wonder” is given, presumably to draw comparison of the “world wonders” of the Sphinx and the Pills.
