The collection on display
Our collection is now on public display...
Part of the Egyptomania Museum collection is now on public display for the very first time. Our goal is to make our collection accessible to everyone, both digitally and physically. Keep checking back to find out where you will be able to see increasing amounts of the collection in person at public museums around the UK – and eventually maybe even further afield.
Currently on Display
Bolton Library and Museum, Bolton, UK

Part of the exhibition:
“In the Temple of the Female Pharaoh”
designed and curated by Ian Trumble
A display complementing an exhibition centred around the largest painting by Howard Carter of a scene from Hatshepsut’s temple at Deir el-Bahari. The Bolton’s Egypt galleries also contextualise our love for Egypt in a permanent Egyptomania entrance display.
